Baku Declares Wanted Its Citizen Who Served Sentence in Artsakh

The spokesperson for the president of Artsakh Davit Babayan has commented on the release of the Azerbaijani citizen after serving his punishment in Artsakh. He posted on his Facebook that Azerbaijan has declared him wanted.

Initially this person was reluctant to return to Azerbaijan not seeing any prospects there, and his name shows Elnur Husseinzadeh is not of purely Turkish descent, the spokesperson notes.

“These circumstances are enough in a Fascist country to prosecute, imprison and kills a person. Such examples are many in Azerbaijan,” he notes.

“Elnur Husseinzadeh’s example demonstrates once again the nature of Azerbaijan, the violation of democracy and human rights there, lack of respect for Islamic values, the terroristic nature of the state.”
