Armenia was and remains the main guarantor of security of Artsakh and will continue to perform its duties and work towards peace, the foreign minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told reporters in Stepanakert, answering the question on the statement of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
“We have put forth an issue which is related to fully effective work. We have explained what the participation of Artsakh is and its importance is for effective work. I am sure that you have heard the speech of the prime minister, it also clearly expresses the thought that there has been no precondition from the side of Armenia. Armenia will work for peace. We have repetitively talked about all these issues, there has been a statement by the MFA. Today’s meeting is also aimed at continuing to work with the government of Artsakh,” Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said. As to the expected meeting between Pashinyan and Aliyev, Mnatsakanyan said that Armenia is constructive and practical.
