Citizens Blocked Constitutional Court, SJC and Other Courts


The actions of blocking the entrances and exits of the courts has started. On May 19 Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the citizens on Facebook urging them to take this step.

“In the morning, at 8:30 we block the entrances and exits of all the courts of the country so that nobody gets in.

My speech tomorrow will go live at 12 pm.”

The citizens have already blocked the entrance of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Constitutional Court and the Court of Center and Avan.

Members of the council of Yerevan, members of parliament of My Step Alliance are taking part in the process of blocking the extrances and exits of courts. The head of the State Control Service (suspended) Davit Sanasaryan has joined the process of blocking courts.
