The Azerbaijani minister of defense Hasanov has commented on several blunders his compatriots are blaming him for. For example, during a recent military drill the projectile fell on a house in Ganca. Hasanov confirmed this information. “It was a training projectile.” Had it been a combat projectile, casualties would be inevitable. The minister states that the projectile fell on the house ricocheting 18 km from the rock.
The minister also commented on the statement of the Secretary of the Armenian National Security Council that during the drill the Armenian devices detected him, and he was frightened and fled from the front line. Hasanov said the Armenians do not have such devices, as well as weapons that fire farther than 35 km.
The Azerbaijani minister said other absurd things too but the most important is yet to come. He announced that all the subdivisions of the Azerbaijani army are controlled with Data Voice system.
This is a communication system which allows coordinating multifunctional complexes. Hasanov actually provided the code of his system. It is possible that last summer electricity supply of almost the entire territory of Azerbaijan was switched off with this code, the moment when Baku was holding a large-scale military exercise.
By the way, an article published in The New York Times a scandal is maturing between the United States and Russia. The article states that the American special services tried to use a code for cyberattacks on the Russian electricity supply system. Last week there was a blackout in Argentina and Uruguay, and experts announced about a cyberwar.
The Azerbaijani minister has informed his army’s system code voluntarily.
